Professor Stephen Parente, the Minnesota Insurance Industry Chair of Health Finance, appeared before Congress on May 25.
Parente, who is also director of the Medical Industry Leadership Institute, testified at a House of Representatives Subcommittee on Health hearing entitled, "Expanding Health Care Options: Allowing Americans to Purchase Affordable Coverage Across State Lines."
