Jeff Hunter serves as Consumer Insights Director, Innovation Toolkit and Cereal Partners Worldwide, at General Mills, Inc. In this role, Hunter is responsible for research process and method innovation and for the effectiveness of the new product research process.
In his 18 years at General Mills, Hunter has worked in both business unit and corporate assignments, building on his previous experience as the manager of quantitative analysis at the Minneapolis-based survey research firm N.K. Friedrichs & Associates.
Hunter holds a BA in Asian languages and an MBA in marketing research and quantitative methods from the University of Minnesota. He represents General Mills in a number of professional associations including the American Marketing Association, the Marketing Science Institute, and the ARF.
At Carlson on Metrics, Hunter will participate in the discussion panel, " Metrics of Growth," with Kraft Foods, Inc.'s Gregory Michaels and Rajesh K. Chandy of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
