Jerry Caruso, Program Director & Professional Advisor
Prior to joining the Carlson School, Jerry was a middle market investment banker with both mergers and acquisitions and broad capital markets expertise. He spent most of his 25-year career at Lazard Middle Market (formerly Goldsmith Agio Helms LLC) where he was a Managing Director. Other professional experience includes RBC Dain Rauscher, Coopervision, Inc., and JP Morgan. Jerry received his MBA from the University of Chicago and BA from Northwestern University.
Jeannette Parr, CFA, Professional Advisor
Jeannette has 17 years of experience in the investment industry as both an analyst and portfolio manager, the last 10 of which were with American Express, where she served as vice president and portfolio manager, fixed income. She was responsible for managing several institutional pension, profit-sharing, and endowment funds with a total return mandate. Her group’s assets totaled $10 billion, and she also managed a balanced mutual fund with fixed income assets of $175 million. Her areas of expertise are in investment grade and high yield bonds. She is a CFA and has her MBA from the Carlson School.

Bonnie Till, Program Associate
Prior to joining the Carlson Funds Enterprise, Bonnie worked as a Marketing Coordinator at the University of Iowa and as an Event Assistant at Palmer College of Chiropractic. Bonnie's strengths include building brand awareness, strengthening alumni relations, and increasing program outreach throughout the community. Through these efforts, students graduating from the Funds will have better opportunities within the Financial Industry. Bonnie received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Iowa.
