Yongjun is a doctoral candidate at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. His research agenda focuses on the dynamic interaction between individuals and organizations, with specific interests in understanding how to facilitate employee and organizational success. In particular, his work aims to facilitate a deeper process- and social network-oriented understanding of interactional phenomena. His research interests include organizational socialization, career success, social networks, and counterproductive work behaviors / workplace victimization.
Prior to his doctoral studies, Yongjun worked as an assistant for Korean Air Executive Development Program at the Seoul National University College of Business Administration. He also worked as an intern at PricewaterhouseCoppers (PwC) Seoul office in South Korea.
