Paola Mallucci, a PhD candidate in the Marketing department, came to Carlson School of Management after earning a Master's degree in Marketing Management at Università Bocconi in Milan, Italy, where she was awarded full tuition. During her master she also spent a semester at the Carlson School of Management as an exchange MBA student. Additionally she holds a Bachelor's degree in Management for the Arts, Culture and Communication from the same university. Paola's area of research is behavioral and experimental economics. In particular she is interested in modeling analytically and testing consumer behavior. She is currently working on different projects in the area of social norms (e.g. reciprocity and fairness), pricing and corporate social responsibility.
