Le (Betty) received her Ph.D. in Management at the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business Administration. She has an M.S. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland and an undergraduate degree from Peking University.
Her dissertation is, "A formal model of leadership in team goal pursuit: Team composition, team design, and dynamic leader regulatory processes," and she also has research interests in workplace training and development and research methods.
She has published in the Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology.
She will teach the freshman contemporary management course.
