Jin Park received his B.S. in Business Management from the State University of New York, and holds an M.A. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. Currently, he is a Ph.D. student of HRIR at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. His doctoral studies are focused on organization behavior and human resources management, and he currently serves as a research and teaching assistant.
Prior to his full-time graduate studies, Jin worked as an HR manager for Samsung Total Company and as an HR consultant and researcher for LG Economic Research Institute. He has an industry certification, Senior Professional in Human Resources.
