Florence Honoré is a PhD candidate in the Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship Department at Carlson School of Management. She studies how prior knolwedge and experience affect decisions to become an entrepreneur, and to form entrepreneurial teams, and the performance of entrepreneurial ventures.
