John-Gabriel Licht received his B.A. in psychology from the University of North Dakota in 2009. Prior to studying human resources and industrial relations (HRIR) at the Carlson School of Management, he worked as a mental health technician at a psychiatric care center in North Dakota. His studies focus on organizational behavior, with current research interests including social and cognitive process in the workplace, diversity, and workplace unethical behavior.
