Advance to the top of your game and gain the tools you need to reach the next level of your career. This three-part program will help you create a personal development plan, more effectively lead others, and refine your behavior to perform at your peak. This is a unique opportunity to both fulfill personal goals and seize organizational opportunities.


Commitment to continuous development is a critical component to a leader’s long-term success. A leader must pay constant attention to increasing effectiveness, to stay relevant in a rapidly changing business environment.  The Leadership Acceleration Program is a foundational experience that will provide a growing leader with the tools, self-awareness, and coaching they need to continue their upward mobility and success.

In this intense leadership growth experience, participants learn to identify their individual leadership strengths and weaknesses to influence others and strengthen their networks.  They work one-on-one with an executive coach to dig into their style and create a plan for achieving future career success.  This program blends five-classroom days, three one-on-one coaching and a 360 degree leadership assessment to provide the participant with the tools and skills to excel as a leader and drive business results.

Learning Outcomes

  • Identify strategies to accelerate leadership capabilities
  • Assess, modify and establish practices that lead to peak performance
  • Learn how to adaptive leadership improves engagement and organizational effectiveness
  • Identify leadership styles and implications to others
  • Pinpoint leadership strengths and opportunities to increase effectiveness through an individual 360 leadership assessment
  • Diagnose and create an action plan to make social networks play a more important role in leadership success
  • Practice influencing techniques required to lead up, down and across the organization
  • Create a development plan and work individually with an executive coach to achieve their full leadership potential
