Next, you'll dive into five days of classroom discussion, lecture, and learning with practitioners and faculty to gain insights into effective leadership. We know that evolving beyond your comfort zone can be daunting, but you won't go through the process alone. For six-months after your classroom experience, you'll partner with a professional coach to maximize your learning and growth. Your confidential, personalized coaching sessions will be tailored to help you effectively implement your personal development plan.
