Critical Thinking and Communication

How often have you struggled to get to the core of an issue or to clearly organize your thinking on a question? If you are like most executives, it's happened more often than you'd like. Our critical thinking program will demonstrate tools that are proven to be effective in organizing both problem-solving efforts and business communications.

This session will focus on:

  • Answering the question, “What problem am I trying to solve?”
  • Laying out a clear analytical framework for developing solutions
  • Developing a logical structure for communicating recommendations to senior management
  • Applying these tools in a pragmatic way to real-world problems.

Be prepared to bring an existing situation or case with you to work on in class.
