Presented by the Solid Waste Association of North America-Minnesota Chapter & The Minnesota Trade Office-Department of Employment and Economic Development. Co-hosted by the Center for International Business Education and Research.
The Minnesota Trade Office (MTO) is pleased to offer the new series "Solid Waste & Recycling Industry Export Roundtable" on March 14, 2013, to bring together aspiring as well as experienced exporters in these closely-related sectors. Offered in partnership with the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA), we invite you to attend the inaugural event to learn where the growth opportunities are in world markets, and hear how it's done from successful Minnesota exporters.
SPEAKERS: Professor Tom Halbach, University of Minnesota Department of Soil, Water and Climate, will discuss the latest international trends in solid waste handling. Hear also from Minnesota companies who have exported their technology around the globe.
Who should attend? Companies ready to explore exporting, as well as those currently exporting. Priority will be given to manufacturers and service companies active in the solid waste management and recycling industries. Other interested parties are welcome on a space-available basis.
