By focusing on the strategic and organizational leadership of firms, we connect the external worlds of competition and collaboration with processes of knowledge creation and innovation within organizations through our offerings in firm strategy and organization, ethics, entrepreneurship, and international business.

Hosting the Gary S. Holmes Center for Entrepreneurship and the Center for Integrative Leadership — our research interests range from competitive strategy, new business creation, location strategies, inter-firm networks and innovation, to ethics and corporate social responsibility, group and team dynamics, time and timing, and international management.
