Recruit on Campus

The Undergraduate Business Career Center can help companies grow their recruiting presence on campus. Connect with the Employer Engagement team to discuss your hiring needs and how to strategize your involvement through the UBCC.

The first step to recruiting at the Carlson School is to register on GoldPASS powered by Handshake, the University’s online recruiting website. Employers can post jobs, collect resumes, schedule on-campus interviews, register for career events, and more.

The Undergraduate Business Career Center offers 22 rooms for employers to hold on-campus interviews, available during both the fall and spring semesters. You can request an on-campus interview through GoldPASS powered by Handshake. The system will walk you through requesting a date, linking a job, and listing qualifications. For more information, contact our Employer Engagement Team.

By hosting information sessions, companies can present information on the organization, promote available positions, and meet potential candidates. Information sessions can be structured as panel discussions, question and answer sessions, or networking time. The most successful information sessions are those in which students can actively participate.

Information sessions are held during fall and spring semesters, usually in conjunction with on-campus interviewing. Information session requests can be submitted via GoldPASS powered by Handshake. For more information, contact our Employer Engagement Team.

Snack Stops, or tabling, is a chance for you to interact with Carlson School undergraduates in a very informal setting. You can chat with students across all ages as they come and go to class, invite candidates to stop by for a quick chat, or interact with new students who could be potential candidates. This program is available during the fall and spring recruiting seasons. For more information, contact our Employer Engagement Team.

The Undergraduate Career and Internship Fair is a great way to build awareness about your company, provide information about available positions, and kick off the on-campus recruiting season. Fairs are hosted in September and February. For more information, contact our Employer Engagement Team.
