Become a Member of the Human Resources Research Institute

Membership in the Institute is $7,500 per year and carries the following benefits:

  • Spring Partner Meeting
    • Provides member organizations with a cutting-edge summary of the state of the field in a particular focal area of human resources and labor relations (e.g., employee engagement, HR metrics, retention)
    • Features opportunities for member organizations to reflect on their best practices and exchange ideas with other leaders
  • Research Digests
    • Member organizations can request two literature searches per year on topics related to human resources and labor relations
  • Research Involvement
    • Member organizations can participate and benchmark in across-organization research on HR topics and receive practitioner summaries of the research data
    • Opportunities to have leading-edge researchers examine topics of interest to member organizations
