Michael L. Davis Mr. Davis is Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources at General Mills, and has held many leadership positions throughout the organization. Before joining General Mills, Mr. Davis worked as a compensation consultant with Towers Perrin. When Mr. Davis left Towers Perrin, he was the firm’s worldwide practice leader for executive compensation. Mr. Davis is a frequent speaker and author on executive and director compensation and benefits issues. He has served on four National Association of Corporate Director Blue Ribbon Commissions on the Compensation Committee, Director and CEO Performance Evaluation, Director Compensation, and Director Professionalism. He has been interviewed or quoted in Fortune, Business Week, Newsweek, Time, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times on various human resources matters. He has spoken on compensation, benefits, and general HR issues at institutions of higher education and is currently an adjunct professor in the Masters of Human Resources and Industrial Relations program here at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. Mr. Davis is on the Board of the Employee Benefits Research Institute, and Executive Committee member of the Human Resource Policy Association. In Minneapolis, Mike serves on the Board of The Minneapolis Club and was previously on the Board of The Minnesota Historical Society. Mr. Davis has two B.S. degrees from Purdue University in Industrial Management and Computer Science, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Mr. Davis is also a Certified Public Accountant. Michael Byungnam Lee, Ph.D. President and CEO of LG Academy Michael Byungnam Lee is President of LG Academy, a world-class leader in corporate management and human resource training. Dr. Lee began his education in Economics at Sogang University in Seoul and received his PhD in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. After spending several years as a professor in the United States, he returned to Korea to work as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for LG, before assuming his current role. Dr. Lee is the author of numerous articles related to human resource management and industrial relations. He has also worked extensively in an advisory and research capacity with representatives from labor, management, government and academia and has contributed his expertise to the Presidential Commission on Industrial Labor Reform, the National Labor Relations Commission, and the Ministry of Education. He is a Judiciary Committee member for the National Labor Relations Commission and is the Vice Chairman of the Executive Board for the Korean Academic Society of Business. In addition, he currently serves on the Board of the American Society for Training and Development and is an Executive Board Member for the Korean Association of Business Education Accreditation. Tom McMullen, VP & North America Reward Practice Leader, Hay Group

Tom McMullen is the leader of Hay Group's North American Reward Practice, based in Chicago, IL and is accountable for leading Hay Group's innovation, thought leadership and capability development initiatives for the reward practice. His client consulting work focuses primarily on developing and implementing total reward program design, including reward strategy development, incentive plan design, linking reward and performance management systems, job evaluation and organization structure design. He is a frequent speaker on reward and human resource issues and he has authored a number of publications including The Manager's Guide to Reward. Tom holds a BS degree in Mathematics and an MBA from the University of Louisville. Phil Jury, Managing Consultant, Valtera Corporation

Dr. Phil Jury has devoted his career to developing organizational development and assessment tools and interventions for corporations around the world. Roy Ginsburg, Partner, Dorsey & Whitney LLP

Mr. Ginsburg is a partner in Dorsey’s Advocacy Group. For more than 20 years, Mr. Ginsburg was a Partner in the firm’s Trial Department; he now is a Partner in the Labor & Employment Law Department.
Mr. Ginsburg’s practice involves a wide range of commercial litigation matters. For many years, he has focused on commercial disputes affecting the employment relationship, including misappropriation of trade secrets, corporate raiding, usurpation of corporate opportunity, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract (such as post-employment restrictive covenants), and related claims. Budd is a Professor of Work and Organizations in the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, where he holds the Industrial Relations Land Grant Chair and is the Director of the Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies. He is a graduate of Colgate University and earned a Ph.D. degree in economics from Princeton University.
