Adrian Sosa

Adrian Sosa is the Director of Marketing Intelligence, CVS Caremark. With CVS, Sosa directs the ExtraCare loyalty program team, heading up customer marketing analytics and CRM program execution. CVS’s ExtraCare is the largest retail loyalty card program in the United States with over 50 million active cardholders in its database, and Sosa has an active hand in using information technology and market research to deepen relationships with their target segments and measure the value of CVS’s marketing efforts. 
 
Prior to joining CVS, Sosa’s career included work at both the Federal Reserve in Washington, D.C. and at M&T Bank in Buffalo, NY, where he managed customer modeling for the bank’s direct marketing programs.
 
Sosa earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BA in economics from the University of California, Riverside.
