Lisa Love SC 96x146Lisa L. Love, Ph.D., is Senior Customer Insight and Market Research Manager at 3M. Having joined 3M in 2003, Love now leads its Customer Insight Center of Excellence, delivering research direction and strategic intelligence to new product development teams across the company. Her team also provides ongoing market research consulting for 3M’s many divisions and subsidiaries, and it serves as an important resource for marketing research activities throughout 3M. Additionally, Love represents 3M on The Conference Board’s Council of Marketing Research and serves on its Executive Committee.
 
Prior to her career at 3M, Love worked in market research consulting for a variety of corporate and public sector clients, including McDonald’s, Frito-Lay, and the United States Postal Service.
 
Love holds a Ph.D. in communications research from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

At Carlson on Metrics, Love will serve as a panel discussant for "Metrics in a New World" alongside Bryan Maach of Cisco Systems, Inc.
