Ji Kyung Park

Ji Kyung Park, a third year student in the marketing department's Ph.D. program, came to the Carlson School following completion of an M.A. in statistics at Columbia University and an M.B.A. at Yonsei Univeristy (Seoul, Korea).  She also has field experience as a researcher for Interbrand in Seoul, Korea.  Park's current research with her advisor, Professor Deborah Roedder John, is titled "More than Meets the Eye: The Influence of Implicit versus Explicit Self-Esteem on Materialism," and was presented to the Association for Consumer Research conference in Memphis, TN, October 2007.
