Through the Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies's undergraduate program, Carlson School students can earn a bachelor's degree with a major or minor in human resources and industrial relations. In addition to providing a deep, broad business education, the program helps students build upon their knowledge by taking courses in the dynamic field of human resources and industrial relations.

To participate in the HRIR major or minor degree program, undergraduate students must first be admitted to the Carlson School. Students can also combine other majors and minors with those offered through the HRIR program.
